Over the last several months, we have been hard at work on a new mobile app experience designed to make life easier for mechanics.

I am excited to say that we released our first set of features to mobile in January. I would love your feedback so far, lots more to come for your team in the field!

We've been heavily investing in making life easier for your mechanics in the field. We started with a new request flow that eliminates the need to type.

 

🧾 Automatically read invoices to reconcile POs

A common theme I hear is that you guys spend hours a day approving invoices to make sure that what you are being invoiced for matches what was on the PO. Our first step to make this easier was to create a way for both you and vendors to drag and drop invoices into an order, automatically pull out the cost information, and match it against what was in the original PO.

 

✉️ Show unread messages in the request table

Quick change that goes a long way for the purchasers out there dealing with hundreds of messages. Shout out to Dave at Ajax for the suggestion!
