Product Updates: Automatically log orders, Order Now, and A.I. updates!

I'm excited to share a few of the things we have released since my last newsletter. As a reminder...

Why are we sending this?

⚡️ Skip quotes and just order!

We're excited about this one. We heard from customers and vendors that requesting quotes is an unwanted step in scenarios where you just want to place an order. So now you can choose which path you want to go down. 

🧾 Log orders automatically by uploading receipts

We know a primary goal for many of you is to be able to see everything being purchased and why. We also know that sometimes orders have to go outside of Gearflow. And when that happened, it took some data entry to log that order after the fact. We built this feature to be able to capture everything being purchased but without the data entry.

📬 Buy parts across different billing addresses

If you are a bigger company using Gearflow, you likely have multiple divisions or companies under your company umbrella. When buying parts for different companies, billing can get complicated. We built this feature to make it simpler for you and your vendors to make sure the correct company or division gets billed.

🗑️ Delete vendor contacts

You can now delete contacts from your vendors in case you no longer work with them or you just had a typo in their information. This was one of those "no duh" features to build...thanks for pointing this one out!

💥 Making progress: AI powered part look ups

Thank you to everyone who has given us feedback on what we have built so far. Our ultimate goal is to equip you and your team with the fastest way to build an accurate parts list, from the field, for any machine. This is still a work in progress and these features are not available to all customers so please let us know if you are open to give these a try and provide feedback. More specifically, we are looking for more insight into the pains you all experience using parts manuals today. I would love to dig into those problems with anyone willing to help!
