A common theme I hear is that you guys spend hours a day approving invoices to make sure that what you are being invoiced for matches what was on the PO. Our first step to make this easier was to create a way for both you and vendors to drag and drop invoices into an order, automatically pull out the cost information, and match it against what was in the original PO.
